As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of the construction project planning and delivery. Duties include negotiating and executing contracts with clients and partners, and providing the leadership and support to on-site construction managers, foremen, subcontractors, and administrative/support staff necessary to complete projects that meet our high standards for quality and value.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Minimum of 2 full years as a Project Manager in charge of end-to-end construction projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling software
- Knowledge/prior use of BIM tools and applications
- OSHA 30 certification
