What You’ll Do:
- On site monitoring of labor, materials, equipment, and construction operations
- Written reporting of operations, measurements and calculations, quantity collations, and appurtenant efforts Monitoring and reporting on extra work activities
- Interface with clients, residents and businesses affected by the work
- Able to work outside in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other related activities as needed
What You Bring:
- Prior experience monitoring municipal infrastructure construction work on sanitary and storm sewer projects, waterlines, pump stations, roadway improvements, and related work for compliance with the contract plans and specifications.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, contract specifications and to interact with clients, contractors and management.
Salary Range:
The starting hourly rate for this position is $25/hour, with final compensation determined based on qualifications and experience.
