Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Coordination: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain seamless communication and solve challenges.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety, health, and quality standards on-site.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, implement effective planning strategies, and ensure successful and timely completion.
- Subcontractor Management: Lead subcontractor groups, maintain productive relationships, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Problem Solving: Resolve site issues efficiently and make informed decisions to keep the project moving forward.
- Resource Oversight: Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain a steady workflow.
- 8–12 years of commercial construction experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of effective site management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient with construction technologies and scheduling tools.
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
