We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of onsite project management, including staffing, scheduling, and subcontractor relations. As the onsite leader, the Superintendent manages the project from award through completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience and a strong understanding of client needs, project requirements, and construction systems.


Essential Functions

Maintain project safety in accordance with requirements and enforce all safety policies.
Construct the project per plans, specifications, and standard work practices.
Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Supervise all craft workers assigned to the project.
Plan project schedules, workforce levels, material quantities, and equipment needs.
Maintain schedule efficiency to avoid unnecessary overtime and extended general conditions.
Ensure accurate completion of craft timecards.
Report all equipment hours weekly.
Coordinate delivery, storage, and efficient use of materials.
Ensure accurate layout and communication to all trades.
Deliver projects on time while maintaining safety, quality, and budget standards.
Assist the Project Manager with material delivery scheduling and manage change processes.
Lead or support job setup, communications, safety compliance, recordkeeping, quality control, and closeout.
Develop and maintain site logistics plans.
Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications, Experience & Education

Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in commercial construction.
Strong background managing mid-size to large-scale construction projects.
OSHA 30-hour or OSHA 10-hour certification required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience with Procore preferred.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
Ability to understand and apply safety laws and company policies.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical construction documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
Experience with large construction projects required.
NUCOR Buildings experience preferred.
