Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all jobsite logistics including mobilization, signage, security, and neighborhood coordination
Manage material receiving, staging, and just-in-time deliveries for optimal production flow
Establish and maintain accurate horizontal and vertical controls for construction execution
Lead subcontractor pre-installation meetings and weekly site coordination sessions
Enforce site utilization and laydown area rules across all trades
Monitor ongoing labor, material, and equipment needs to ensure resource alignment
Ensure regulatory compliance, including SWPPP, environmental, and pollution controls
Coordinate material procurement and subcontractor schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager
Identify and address underperformance among subcontractors or internal team members
Manage third-party inspections, as well as Owner and Design Team site visits
Drive project completion including final punch list execution

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with sufficient hands-on experience
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects
Proven success in K-12, healthcare, or higher education construction projects (required)
Skilled in reading construction documents and managing CPM schedules
Ability to perform material and labor take-offs and estimate manpower requirements
Strong understanding of structural and MEP systems and coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of managing diverse subcontractor scopes and enforcing quality/safety compliance
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and personalities under pressure
Must have a clean driving record
