RQ Construction, LLC is currently seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our field Operations team for projects based at Kings Bay Naval Base in Georgia and surrounding locations. This position requires full-time, on-site supervision on an active military installation. Preference will be given to candidates already residing in the area, although relocation assistance may be considered.
The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations for assigned projects, including managing subcontractors and field personnel, coordinating short and long-term schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to contract documents, project specifications, drawings, and proposals. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining project quality, controlling costs, meeting deadlines, and supporting RQ's core Mission, Vision, and Values.
Compensation
$110,000 - $150,000 per year
