What you will be doing as a Construction Superintendent/Project Manager:

  • Manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all construction activities are being conducted safely and in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Develop and enforce construction schedules, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Perform quality control inspections, ensuring construction work meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and resolve any concerns.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including the approval of invoices and tracking budget performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to create a safe work environment for all team members.


A successful candidate for this Construction Superintendent/Project Manager role will possess the following:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, from initial planning to project closeout.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
