Customer Service Administrator Assistant
 
Jagoe Homes seeks a Customer Service Administrator Assistant to support our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. They must work well with others and identify and resolve issues promptly. This role requires high commitment, discretion, emotional fortitude, empathy, and adaptability. 
 
Pay:
  • $45,000.00 - $50,960.00

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the customer service team
  • Process work orders and send them to our trade partners
  • Identify and resolve problems promptly
  • Respond to homeowner emails and calls
  • Update contacts when processing orientation sheets
  • Scan documents to job files
