Summary

The Construction Project Administrator will support the project team by providing administrative and financial support. Project support will include contracts, setup, execution, document management, closeout, financials and other tasks. This person will also provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with team to successfully set up and operate project.  
  • Plan and attend project meetings. 
  • Assist Project Managers with monthly expense reporting.  
  • Process and distribute project documents, submittals, and RFIs. 
  • Manage archiving of all project-related documents upon completion.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of office administration experience required. 
  • Design or Construction industry experience preferred. 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Deltek Ajera experience a plus. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated initiative, follow through, resourcefulness, efficiency and attention to detail. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure and fast paced environment. 
  • Ability to learn new software and applications. 
  • Understanding of construction processes and procedures is a plus.
