Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Diesel Certified Semi-Truck Mechanic to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diesel engines, air brake systems, electrical diagnostics, and preventive maintenance procedures. This role is critical to maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of our fleet during night operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on semi-trucks and trailers.
• Complete PM services and DOT annual inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, driveline, HVAC, lighting, suspension, and brake systems.
• Document work performed accurately and in a timely manner using our maintenance software.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with operators, and the day shift team for seamless workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Diesel Mechanic Certification or equivalent vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on Class 8 trucks.
• Valid CDL (Class A or B) preferred or ability to obtain one.
• DOT Annual Inspector Certification is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Hourly Rate: $38.00 DOE.
