RedTeam is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Head of Marketing to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead all aspects of marketing including: demand generation, brand building, content strategy, website optimization and events. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to define and execute our go-to-market strategy, elevating RedTeam’s presence in the Construction Tech ecosystem.

Serve as a key member of the Leadership Team, providing strategic input on company growth, revenue goals, and marketing positioning.

Lead Marketing Strategy – Own and refine RedTeam’s marketing approach, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth among Commercial General Contractors.

Demand Generation & Growth – Strengthen and optimize multi-channel campaigns to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Digital Marketing - Lead the strategy and execution of SEM/SEO initiatives by overseeing multiple marketing channels including paid advertising, social media, Google Ads, third-party media, print/out-of-home (OOH) and organic advertising.
- RedTeam.com - Oversee continuous improvement of content and structure of RedTeam’s website to maximize overall site authority and traffic.

Establish KPI’s and reporting frameworks to ensure marketing’s contribution to building pipeline and ROI on various initiatives and channels.

Event Strategy & Execution – Oversee RedTeam’s participation in key industry events and webinars, maximizing visibility and engagement.

Content & Messaging – Collaborate with the content team to enhance existing assets and develop new materials (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, social media). Ensure all messaging aligns with RedTeam’s brand and resonates with our audience.

Brand Development – Strengthen RedTeam’s identity in the market, reinforcing our mission and differentiating our solutions.

Email Marketing & Automation – Optimize outreach and nurture campaigns using automation tools to improve performance and scalability.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns

Analytics & Optimization – Use a data-driven approach to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and scale successful initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, positioning, and customer outreach with RedTeam’s business objectives.

Evaluate and champion new technologies and innovative strategies to improve and optimize the effectiveness of marketing-led growth at RedTeam.
We are looking for:

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or Construction technology

An ambitious marketing leader – Someone eager to step up and take ownership of our Marketing Org. and drive scale.
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline growth through creative demand-gen strategies.

Team leadership - Manage a team that is a combination of internal and external marketing resources to deliver maximum results.

Experience with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
