Follow the client's work processes, procedures, practices, standards, and guidelines in accordance with applicable refining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for assigned areas.
Enforce work processes, procedures, practices, standards, and guidelines in accordance with the client's and applicable refining policies, procedures, and standards with MPC and Engineering Contractors.
Ensure the client's Information Management Service Requests (IMSR) for assigned areas are handled efficiently, timely executed, and checked for accuracy. Process service requests with minimum wait times.
Ensure documents are easily accessible and available to users within your assigned areas as returns are processed.
Assist in ensuring objects metadata for assigned areas is available, complete, and accurate as provided and loaded.
Ensure accuracy, accessibility and metadata by following the Document Control QA-QC Checklist for Returns.
Assist with training and guidance associated to service requests, document handover, load sheets, MERM, Records Retention, and Box Storage as needed.
Support the client's MPC Site LRC (Lead Records Coordinator) and Destruction Coordinator.
Supporting LRCs maintain Plan-Progress for Physical objects tracking spreadsheet on MERM SharePoint.
Monitor all MERM reports and assist with progressing boxes to Destruction as required by retention guidelines.
Capture all work requests and tasks via Information Management Service Requests.
Provide feedback to Document Controls Coordinator on work processes and training information for assigned areas and tasks (OpenText, Adobe Sign, IFC, MERM, Box Storage, IMSRs, and QRGs etc.).
Communicate all OpenText, Brava, ePSI, Adobe Sign, IFC, PEAP or other Information Management issues to Document Controls Coordinator and initiate an OpenText Service Request where applicable.
Review, backup, and support daily QA/QC for Procedures Emergency Access PC & Printer (PEAP).
Facilitate and/or support reference print requests and monthly PSI Print Book updates.
