• 20-30% of the time, they’d be driving our water truck. Sometimes it’ll just be the water truck itself for watering tasks, other times, they’ll be driving the water truck with our trailer attached to move smaller equipment between our jobsite. • The other 70-80% of the time, they’d be laboring on the job or running a vibratory roller. This is important to keep in mind: they wont be just sitting in the water truck playing on their phone when the water truck work is not needed – they will have to get out and help our crews by doing some sort of work. • CDL is required.
