Responsibilities:
- Manage drywall projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and scope, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any challenges that may arise
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to meet project timelines and ensure proper quality control
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
- 5+ years of project management experience with commercial drywall projects
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and industry standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
