We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Earned Value Analyst – Construction Programs located in Dallas, TX.


Position Overview:



Tracks project performance using earned value metrics to measure cost and schedule performance.





Required Education:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance or Analytics.





Required Qualifications:

In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.

 

  • 5+ years project controls or cost analysis experience.
  • Strong knowledge of earned value management





Responsibilities:



  • Track planned value, earned value, and actual cost.
  • Calculate CPI and SPI metrics.
  • Prepare earned value reports.
  • Forecast project completion cost using EAC calculations.
  • Analyze performance trends across projects.







Salary:



  • D.O.E





Bonus Pay:
