Job Summary
This eCommerce Customer Service Representative position will provide excellent customer service to all online ordering customers through various channels. They will ensure customers are serviced promptly and properly by phone, email, and online inquiry. The eCommerce Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing online orders from order entry to vendors and freight follow up.
Job Location
This is a hybrid role based out of Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities
Process customer orders/returns in a timely and efficient manner and communicate with vendors to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Manage purchase orders and coordinate with accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
Ability to adhere to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems
Develop knowledge of products and services offered to customers
Help identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions through customer feedback
Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures
Assist in developing a strategy and business plan to improve all channels of customer service
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
College degree preferred, in conjunction with a minimum of 3+ years of proven customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and operations is a plus
Infor M3 and/or Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus
Detail oriented and ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
