Your New Role

Located in Richardson, TX, you’ll take full ownership of electrical construction and renovation projects—commercial and industrial—from start to finish:

  • Lead and supervise jobsite crews with confidence and clarity

  • Coordinate material procurement with project managers to keep things running on schedule

  • Ensure top-notch quality and full NEC code compliance in every installation

  • Partner with GCs and subcontractors to execute projects seamlessly

  • Monitor labor costs and make smart, strategic calls

  • Drive a culture of safety and accountability on every jobsite

Job requirements

  • Current Texas Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)

  • 2–10 years of experience as a licensed commercial service technician

  • Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

  • Reliable transportation for daily office reporting

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Must pass drug test and background check

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions

  • Must have own hand tools

  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

  • Professional appearance and attitude
