Seeking a Traffic Signal Superintendent with highway and traffic lighting experience. We are hiring for the following areas: Orlando, Kissimmee, and Orange City, FL.

Salary :$85,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise subordinates and crew operations to meet or exceed Project requirements and Client expectations.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, care, and inventory.
  • Ensure all training needs are met for subordinates.
  • Participate in Project start-up and progress meetings.
  • Prepare activity, safety, and progress reports.
  • Report any problems to the Project Manager.
  • Oversee site operations to ensure safety.


Qualifications:

  • CDL A (clean driving record required)
  • 2+ years of supervising experience in a foreman role (REQUIRED)
  • 7 years of relevant trade experience (PREFERRED)
  • Must be able to work out-of-town and nights on occasion
  • IMSA Certification
  • Crew Management (REQUIRED)
  • Crane Certification
  • OSHA 10
  • Commercial and Industrial Electrical Experience
  • Traffic Signal Level I and/or Level II
  • Journeyman Electrician
  • Experience in highway lighting systems, electrical wiring systems, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and roadway signing (PREFERRED)

Physical Demands:

  • Must handle physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50lbs.
