Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Assists in the operation, coordination and delivery of the company’s energy efficiency and/or demand response programs through the effective coordination of program implementation processes. Involves research, analysis, and compilation of data necessary to facilitate the rebate fulfillment process and to identify opportunities for increased customer participation and interest in company programs. Responsible for assuring the accuracy and completeness of the records and reports for the energy efficiency and/or demand response program(s).

The preferred work location for this position is: Boise, ID; Bellingham, WA; Kennewick, WA; or any location within the service territory.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Energy Efficiency Analyst I: ($55,500 - $69,380)

  • Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, building science, engineering, or related field.

Energy Efficiency Analyst II: ($62,130 - $77,660)

  • Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, building science, engineering, or related field; and
  • Two years related experience.

Energy Efficiency Analyst III: ($71,460 - $89,330)

  • Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, building science, engineering, or related field; and
  • Three years related experience, with increasing responsibilities.

Energy Efficiency Analyst, Sr: ($82,150 - $102,690)

  • Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, building science, engineering, or related field; and
  • Five years related experience, with increasing responsibilities.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
  • May be required to maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Requires travel: Moderate (up to 25%)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with utility regulation and/or energy efficiency and/or demand response programs.

  • Knowledge and/or experience in process improvement and system efficiency

  • Knowledge and/or experience in vendor bid/proposal/selection process and contract management.

  • Broad knowledge of the Energy Efficiency program life cycle of planning, implementation, and evaluation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Assist in the operation, coordination and delivery of the company’s energy efficiency and/or demand response programs, and the development of program pilots, demonstration projects, and new initiatives.
  • Participate in industry and stakeholder groups as required and serve as Company representative with industry groups for respective specialty area.
  • Assist in the compilation of regulatory filings and reports and maintenance of procedure manuals.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Review, analyze, identify, and confirm energy efficiency and/or demand response programs program eligibility in accordance with applicable tariffs, contracts, rules, and regulations
