Position: Enterprise Solutions Consultant

Job Scope and Accountabilities
The Enterprise Solution Consultant (ESC) provides strategic input for large enterprise organizations to understand the processes and requirements the customer wishes to implement. The ESC will guide the customer based upon construction process best practices, customer requirements and Kahua capabilities. Kahua’s goal is to enable the customer to innovate. The expectation is that the ESC will use kBuilder to prototype and demonstrate a visual representation to the customer so they can better understand the flow and navigation of specific processes. This will allow the customer to better articulate the business rules and logic required behind each action. The ESC will then create the design documentation necessary to deliver the solution and/or build the application directly. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the objectives and goals of our enterprise customers to formulate an end-to-end solution based on their scope of work
- Provide best practice recommendations to ensure a successful implementation, including ability to persuade customers to the best solution
- Rapidly build prototypes using Kahua’s kBuilder for immediate feedback
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs against customer experience, time to market and current Kahua capabilities.
- Compile requirements for individual projects into precise documentation needed by our development team
- Make minor adjustments to the custom work based on customer input
- Work closely with our Professional Services team to hand off custom work prior to training
- Provide input on internal processes and policies to track continuous improvement initiatives
- The Enterprise Solution Consultant owns the technical execution with the customer.
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management software either through the construction industry or via a software vendor.
- Familiarity with construction cost management (e.g., budgets, contracts, change orders, invoices).
- Experience with a range of development tools and languages (Visual Studio, C#, SQL, XML)
- Experience working with Report building tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SSRS
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a cross-functional setting with business partners.
- Demonstrates professional maturity through giving and receiving constructive feedback

- Detail Oriented - Enterprise Solution Consultants create detailed instructions for others to follow. As a result, they must be detailed and precise at every step so that the instructions can be useful.
- Teamwork - Enterprise Solution Consultant must be able to work well with others. They are always part of a team, working with a wide range of functional areas within Kahua, such as Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Engineering, QA, and Support.
