Equipment Operator

B.H, Inc. (BHI) is looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our Aggregates & Paving team at the Wash Canyon Pit in Mona, UT. We are seeking a motivated individual with specific experience in crushing and plant operations to help keep our production moving safely and efficiently. This full-time position offers a competitive wage range of $28.00 to $30.00 per hour (depending on experience) earned and paid weekly. The typical schedule consists of 40 to 60 hours per week, with the possibility of weekend work if project needs require it. Along with steady pay, BHI provides great benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with a match, and paid time off.

In your role as a Crusher Operator, you will be responsible for the daily performance and upkeep of our crushing operations. Your key duties include running the crusher and performing any necessary repairs to keep equipment functional in a safe and productive environment. You will be expected to maintain equipment and keep operations moving efficiently while coordinating with the requesting manager, Junior Jessen.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of experience in crushing, mining, and plant operations preferred.
• Ability to run a crusher and perform mechanical repairs on the equipment when needed.
• Proven track record of maintaining operations in a safe and productive environment.
• Ability to work the required 40 to 60 hours per week consistently.
• Must have reliable transportaiton to get to and from the job site.
