Primary Responsibilities
Work with the engineering and logistics staff to ensure that customer commitments are met.
Perform a variety warehouse and equipment maintenance tasks
Pull and check out rental orders
Clean and put away rental returns
Maintain accurate logs and records of inventory, equipment maintenance and mandatory safety training
Oversees rental timelines and retrieval of overdue equipment
Communicate across the Helical division inventory of equipment and current issues
Trailer maintenance
Develop a process for maintenance of testing equipment.
Make and maintain shipping crates
Qualifications
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Excellent mechanical repair skills
Welding and cutting experience
Knowledge and experience operating a variety of heavy, power-driven equipment (forklift and excavator)
Knowledge and experience with hydraulic equipment maintenance a plus
Computer skills, basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel
Willing to get dirty
Excellent communication skills
Physically able to access equipment by kneeling
Physically able to lift 50 lbs. plus
Detail oriented, extreme level of organization and attention to detail
