Job Overview:
Are you ready to kickstart or level up your career in commercial construction estimating? Commercial Interior Solutions Construction is seeking a detail-oriented, driven Estimator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow under the guidance of seasoned professionals. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate digital takeoffs and estimates for projects involving framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, paint, FRP, and doors/hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform digital takeoffs and prepare accurate, competitive project estimates.
- Analyze blueprints, specs, and project documentation to determine labor, materials, and cost projections.
- Review and understand project scope and specifications thoroughly.
- Compute cost factors and develop estimates for planning, scheduling, and bidding.
- Utilize established labor and material markups to calculate overhead and profit.
- Maintain and build relationships with vendors, distributors, and clients.
- Track material cost trends and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Engage in discussions with clients and vendors to clarify project details and ensure accurate estimating.
- Provide support to project management teams post-bid to ensure a smooth transition from estimate to execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial construction estimating is preferred, but motivated candidates with less experience will be considered and trained.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in digital takeoff software or willingness to learn.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Weekends a possibility
Work Location:
- Alvarado, TX - In-person role at the main office, with occasional travel
