Job Overview
C C Drywall Inc is expanding to the Boise area and looking for a highly experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead our growth. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to spearhead new relationships with local General Contractors and contribute directly to our commercial drywall operations. In this hybrid role, you'll take ownership of both estimating and project management functions—bringing projects from bid to build with precision and excellence.
We're seeking a driven individual with deep experience in metal framing, drywall, ACT grid, and tile work. Familiarity with OST and QuickBid software is essential. If you have existing contacts in the Boise construction industry, that's a big plus!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee and manage all estimating activities from bid takeoff to proposal delivery.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates using OST and QuickBid software.
- Collaborate with PMs and field teams to develop competitive bids and winning strategies.
- Evaluate drawings, specifications, and proposals to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs.
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and implement cost control strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local General Contractors and subs.
- Participate in project handoff and support field teams during execution.
- Mentor junior estimators and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management.
- Strong proficiency with OST and QuickBid required.
- Familiarity with metal framing, drywall systems, and ACT ceiling scopes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Existing contacts in the Boise/Idaho construction industry are highly preferred.
- Ability to relocate to or near Coeur d'Alene, ID at some point (preferred).

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Remote flexibility with travel as required for project needs
