The Role: Executive Assistant

What You�ll Do
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to the CHRO to support the strategic, operational, and administrative needs of a dynamic and fast-paced Human Resources organization. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CHRO, ensuring seamless execution of priorities, effective time management, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
This is a high-impact, high-trust role requiring exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a calm, professional presence who thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and proactively prioritize time based on strategic priorities.
- Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage confidential communications on behalf of the CHRO. Ensure timely follow-up and clarity in messaging.
- Project Coordination: Track and support key HR transformation initiatives. Maintain timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Board & Leadership Prep: Assist in the creation of high-quality materials for board meetings, town halls, leadership offsites, and other executive engagements.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain sensitive documents, including HR strategies, people analytics, and talent-related materials.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between the CHRO and senior leaders, HR team members, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Meeting Planning: Plan and execute leadership team meetings, offsites, and strategy sessions, including agenda creation, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Expense & Travel Management: Handle travel planning, reimbursements, and expense reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership, ideally in HR, people strategy, or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and stay composed under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills; experience with tools like Workday, Concur, and Teams is a plus.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for people, culture, and business impact.
- Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership to drive strategy and execution.
