Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support for our Senior Executive leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
- Provides administrative and office support and provide additional support to company goals and objectives to be accomplished and ensure that operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Develop and execute strategies to promote a company's products, services, and brand
- Create marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and create content for social media
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Experience Required:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least four years of related experience required.
- Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and managing company social media accounts
