Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job responsibilities will also include:

• Support upgrades and modifications to existing plant equipment as necessary for design changes and new program processes
• Support installation of all new plant equipment
• Preventative maintenance and repair of all plant utilities and building equipment. (Lights, doors, plumbing, air handlers, etc.)
• Preventative maintenance and repair of all plant boilers and plant chillers.
• Preventative maintenance and repair of all plant air compressors and driers
• Recommend corrective action to Maintenance Supervisor in regard to equipment to help maximize use
• Maintains records of maintenance activities related to all equipment
• Rebuild and replace defective equipment
• Control maintenance costs
• Support production by maintaining all equipment to a high level of readiness
• Locate, obtain quotes and create requisitions for repair parts as necessary for new equipment installations and maintenance repairs
• Comply with all REHAU Plant Cullman established safety and environmental procedures

• Service and repairs of HVAC system.
