What We’re Looking for

• Good communication skills with all levels of Associates.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Flexibility in work assignments
• Ability to build relationships and work as a team.
• Possess working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Actively promote and comply with Mesa safety requirements.
• Lead by example of Mesa Policies.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Knowledge of proper use of a wide range of chemicals according to manufacturer’s directions and state/federal regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Performing general maintenance tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Painting
  • Install, repair and replace plumbing repairs
  • Electrical repairs or installations as skill & training allow
  • Repair and replace light fixtures and lamps
  • Assemble and install furniture and cubicles
  • Dispose of furnishings, material or equipment consistent with Mesa policies and procedures
  • Inspect and maintain building facades and finishes
  • Performs non-routine cleaning functions that are considered urgent for safety reasons (i.e. spills in common areas)
  • Other duties as directed
• Follows company policies and procedures concerning all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
