Position Summary: The Federal Wage Compliance Coordinator provides administrative and operational support with a focus on certified payroll review, contractor compliance tracking, and system administration in support of Davis-Bacon Act requirements. This role is responsible for managing enrollment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring subcontractor compliance across multiple contracts.
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage enrollment, setup, and ongoing maintenance of certified payroll systems and compliance platforms
Review subcontractor certified payroll reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with prevailing wage requirements
Track and monitor submission status, deficiencies, and compliance issues across multiple contracts
Maintain and organize compliance documentation, including payroll reports, contractor records, and contract files
Communicate with subcontractors to request corrections, missing information, and required documentation
Track deadlines and follow up to ensure timely submission and resolution of compliance items
Perform data entry, audit, and routine checks to ensure accuracy within compliance systems
Support system administration tasks, including user setup, access management, and troubleshooting
Assist with audit preparation by compiling and organizing required compliance documentation
Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of administrative, compliance, or coordination experience
Experience reviewing documents, tracking compliance items, or preferred working with contractors
Exposure to certified payroll or prevailing wage requirements is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems

Strong organizational and computer use skills and have a high level of competency to read/write/speak English, interpret construction related documentation and communicate with coworkers.
