• Pull, install, and secure fiber optic cables in outdoor environments.
• Work with team members to route cables through conduits, poles, and underground systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete installations safely and effectively.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it’s in proper working order.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Potential for fiber splicing opportunities

• Prior experience in cable pulling, construction, or telecommunications preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
