Field Crane Technician

Responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various crane equipment including mobile cranes and boom trucks. 

• Diagnose, repair and troubleshoot various mobile hydraulic and lattice cranes
  
• Capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision
  
• Perform thorough and accurate annual inspections
  
• Properly fills out working reports, hours reports, time sheets, hours overviews and expense reports
  
• Provides excellent customer service
  
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Crane Mechanic/Technician.
  
• Experience working with different forms of mobile crane equipment, specifically Grove RT & TMS Cranes: Grove GMK European Cranes; EPIC and/or Traditional cranes: National Boom Trucks preferred
  
• Must be able to read both electrical and hydraulic schematics
  
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time to job sites and for training as required
  
• Must have excellent communication skills with a customer / client focus
  
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  
• Basic computer skills preferred
