Aspen Contracting, a leading provider of roofing, siding, and gutter solutions, is seeking a driven and organized Field Manager to oversee and support our exterior restoration projects. As a Field Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:

    • Manage and supervise roofing, siding, and gutter projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
    • Conduct pre-project site assessments to determine scope, materials, and requirements.
    • Monitor daily progress and address any delays or challenges.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Train, mentor, and oversee field crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work.
    • Coordinate schedules and assignments for project teams.
    • Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Customer Interaction:

    • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control:

    • Conduct thorough inspections during and after project completion to verify workmanship and adherence to company standards.
    • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and work orders.
    • Collaborate with sales teams and insurance adjusters to resolve issues and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field.
    • Roofing, siding, or gutter experience preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • Willingness to work outdoors and on-site in various weather conditions.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
