The Field Project Support Technician supports daily construction operations within semiconductor or mission-critical environments. This hands-on role works in the field
alongside crews and supervisors to ensure jobsite readiness, safety compliance, and efficient execution of work activities
Pay: $28.50

• Support daily field activities by working alongside crews and supervisors on active job sites.
• Conduct routine field walks to monitor progress, site conditions, and material readiness.
• Assist with setup, staging, and organization of tools and equipment.
• Track and communicate daily work progress to field leadership.
• Assist with pre-task planning readiness and ensure required documentation is available.
• Verify jobsite readiness including access, materials, permits, and equipment.
• Communicate field issues, delays, or constraints to leadership as needed.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities on site.
• Assist with tracking daily activities including logs, photos, and updates.
• Zero to three years of experience in construction, industrial, or field-based work or strong interest in the field.
• Ability to work in active jobsite environments including walking, standing, climbing, and use of PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
• Basic communication skills and ability to work within team environments.
• Willingness to learn construction operations and safety practices.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft tools or mobile tracking applications preferred.
• Exposure to construction, MEP, industrial, or semiconductor environments preferred.
• OSHA safety training or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
• Experience supporting field crews or site operations preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
