We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and making sure every installation or repair leaves a homeowner completely satisfied.

What You’ll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll represent Viwinco in customers’ homes and ensure our products perform exactly as they should.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Traveling to homeowner locations to diagnose, repair, and replace Viwinco windows and patio doors
- Ensuring replacement parts are measured correctly and installed properly
- Testing windows and doors to confirm they are fully operational before leaving the home
- Walking homeowners through the operation and maintenance of repaired products
- Answering customer questions and providing friendly, professional service
- Completing accurate and timely field service reports
- Collaborating with Field Technicians, the Service Manager, and Customer Service team
- Resolving service calls efficiently and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a professional, courteous attitude during every interaction
- Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by management
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who is mechanically skilled, customer-focused, and organized.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in finish carpentry or a related trade
- Basic knowledge of window and patio door repair/service (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of customer service and first-call resolution
- Ability to listen to feedback and continuously improve
- A natural ability to show empathy and professionalism when working with homeowners

Travel
- Approximately 25% travel
- Occasional overnight stays required depending on service location
