We’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and making sure every installation or repair leaves a homeowner completely satisfied.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll represent Viwinco in customers’ homes and ensure our products perform exactly as they should.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Traveling to homeowner locations to diagnose, repair, and replace Viwinco windows and patio doors
• Ensuring replacement parts are measured correctly and installed properly
• Testing windows and doors to confirm they are fully operational before leaving the home
• Walking homeowners through the operation and maintenance of repaired products
• Answering customer questions and providing friendly, professional service
• Completing accurate and timely field service reports
• Collaborating with Field Technicians, the Service Manager, and Customer Service team
• Resolving service calls efficiently and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a professional, courteous attitude during every interaction
• Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by management

What Makes You a Great Fit

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in finish carpentry or a related trade
• Basic knowledge of window and patio door repair/service (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of customer service and first-call resolution
• Ability to listen to feedback and continuously improve
• A natural ability to show empathy and professionalism when working with homeowners

Travel

• Approximately 25% travel
• Occasional overnight stays required depending on service location
