LK Jordan & Associates is currently seeking a Field Supervisor for one of our clients in the Conroe area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong field experience in construction, demolition, environmental, or industrial projects who can manage crews and oversee project execution in the field.
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing crews of up to 20 employees, coordinating field operations, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting project completion from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage field crews of up to 20 personnel
- Oversee daily field operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor requirements
- Ensure safety protocols and site compliance are followed
- Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership
- Operate heavy equipment as needed and assist with field work when required
- Travel to various job sites as projects require (80–90% travel)
Required Qualifications
- Previous Field Supervisor or Foreman experience
- Experience in construction, environmental, demolition, or industrial projects
- Short grading experience
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel extensively for projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Class A CDL (strongly preferred but not required)
- Experience managing large crews and coordinating multiple field activities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Compensation
$70,000 – $75,000 annually (DOE)
