Fire Sprinkler Field Manager - Construction & Service

In business for over 28 years, a large and well-established fire & life safety organization in Las Vegas, NV is immediately seeking an experienced G Licensed Fire Sprinkler Field Manager - Construction & Service to manage and supervise their team and oversee the overall operations.

As the Fire Sprinkler Field Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and training a team of Sprinkler Fitters; creating, scheduling, and closing work orders; ordering parts and materials needed for the job; resolve client and employee issues; review quality and provide mentorship to technicians work (installation, service, repair) on variety of water-and air- based, and speciality sprinkler systems, valves, pipelines, fire pump and related equipment in commercial, and industrial settings.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Nevada State Fire Sprinkler G License mandatory
• Previous management/leadership experience in the Fire Protection/Suppression industry
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract

SHIFT: Flexible Days, 6:00am-2:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm (Monday – Friday). Oncall: 1 week/3 months (Wed – Wed) - no actual service call, just to be available to answer after hours calls from techs in the field.

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:
