Founding Engineer (AI / Product)

San Francisco, USA (Remote-Flexible with SF Presence)

$170,000 – $250,000 + Equity

Backed by $5M in seed funding and already working with large enterprise customers in the healthcare sector, this business is building a platform that automates complex workflows across voice, browser, and API-driven systems.

This is a founding engineer opportunity, offering true ownership, fast progression, and the chance to build at the forefront of applied AI.

What You’ll Do

▪ Build and ship multi-modal AI agents across browser, voice, text, and API integrations
▪ Work directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and deliver real-world impact
▪ Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance
▪ Build core infrastructure including orchestration, memory, and reasoning layers
▪ Own product features end-to-end, from concept through to deployment
▪ Contribute to platform strategy, identifying patterns across customers and scaling solutions

What You’ll Have

▪ 1–4 years experience as a Product / Full Stack Engineer
▪ Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or Go
▪ Experience shipping products or features end-to-end with real user impact
▪ Background in high-growth startups or strong brand-name environments
▪ Exposure to AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems (preferred but not essential)
▪ Strong ownership mindset, proactive, ambitious, and product-focused
