Position: Front Office Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Facilities Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Superior is looking for a professional, welcoming, self-motivated, and highly organized Front Office Coordinator to support our headquarters. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while ensuring the front office runs smoothly and professionally.
The Front Office Coordinator also provides administrative support that helps keep daily office operations running efficiently. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage the visitor check‑in process, including badges and security protocols.
- Support the Facilities Department by coordinating service calls and vendor access for office maintenance
- Manage and direct incoming mail, deliveries, and the organization’s main email inbox
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Continuously collaborate with team members to help keep our facility moving forward
- Support onboarding for new team members, assist with company events, and schedule conference room meetings.
- Prepare basic documents, correspondence, and reports as needed
- Maintain office and breakroom supplies by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed
- Monitor office equipment (printers, copiers, coffee machines etc) and arrange for repairs

- You’re exceptionally organized and have a strong attention to detail
- You’re able to always exercise confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive data and information
- You have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support whatever is needed
- You’re efficient and know how to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative support or event coordination role
- Required: You're proficient in technology and are very familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bonus points: You are bilingual in Spanish/English
