All 5’s Construction is searching for a Fuel Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV!
This position is responsible for the overseeing of daily fueling, lubrication, and preventative maintenance of truck and equipment machinery at the All 5’s Yard and local jobsites to ensure continuous project productivity. This position will also oversee the financial tracking of rate negotiation and purchasing of fuel, tax and legal components, and software/technology for inventory and system maintenance.
An All 5’s Fuel Technician is also responsible for:
- Follow a consistent and regular schedule to perform various types of maintenance on heavy equipment and various pieces of machinery.
- Conduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements, and assorted services.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of fuel usage, service activities, and maintenance performed for inventory and compliance purposes.
- Operate and test equipment regularly, keeping inspection logs up to date.
- Identify and evaluate malfunctioning equipment and recommend corrective measures or repair.
- Negotiate and organize fuel rates and purchases, assigning costs to specific projects or machine IDs for accurate job costing.
- Track inventory of filters, lubricants, and high-wear truck parts; estimate repair costs and provide input for budgeting new equipment purchases.
- Ensure all legal and tax requirements are followed, and all documents are filed.
- Understand, maintain, and update all software systems and technology related to fuel, equipment, and trucks.
- Communicate with and visit jobsites regularly.
- Stay informed and up to date on OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations/compliance regarding fuel handling and spill prevention.
- Perform other duties as assigned that may not be listed here.

- 2-5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity and knowledge of various oils and lubricants.
- Experience with tax, legal, and financial transactions and documents.
- Proficiency of computer software and technology
