Job Summary: The Construction Laborer is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving building materials, machinery, and/or tools as necessary to appropriate locations. works in a construction setting, with outdoor exposure during the workday. This position will ensure timely completion of fence panel installation and assist with the concrete pour. Construction Labor is fast-paced, result-oriented, and task-oriented with a proactive work ethic and naturally meticulous organizational skills. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations as per project plans/specifications
Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones. Direct vehicle traffic.
Shovel materials to and from construction areas
Operate vehicles, tools, and equipment as needed, including those with trailers
Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including disposing of waste materials and digging trenches
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other tools as directed by management
Able to use office equipment (fax, copy machine, scanner)
Must be able to move quickly from one area to another
Able to operate a vehicle
Ability to obtain security clearances
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
