  • Ensure all materials, equipment, and labor are properly allocated and available.
  • Monitor installation of cleanroom panels, ceiling grids, flooring, HVAC systems, and cleanroom-rated finishes.
  • Oversee all phases of cleanroom construction projects—from basebuild through clean envelope and final validation readiness.
  • Enforce and ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, including gowning, material transfer, and air filtration requirements.
  • Schedule, conduct, and document daily toolbox talks focused on safety, cleanliness, and quality.
  • Identify and resolve field conflicts or obstructions; communicate necessary changes to project management.
  • Maintain daily reports on labor, materials, inspections, and environmental control metrics (e.g., particle counts, pressure differential).
  • Train and mentor crew members on cleanroom-specific construction practices and ISO classifications.
  • Support client interactions and walk-throughs with professionalism and technical knowledge.
  • Assist in commissioning and validation coordination efforts.
  • Perform final inspections prior to project closeout to ensure readiness for certification.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities in controlled environments.
  • Proficient in cleanroom construction practices, including mechanical, electrical, and architectural scopes.
  • Familiarity with HEPA filtration, gowning procedures, CRDR (cleanroom-dedicated room) operations, and particle containment.
  • Competency with reading construction documents, specs, and schedules.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety practices, especially in cleanroom or manufacturing environments.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, issue escalation, and implementing corrective actions in the field.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams and represent ABM to clients and inspectors.
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours, shifts, and travel to support project needs.
