Job Overview:
Commercial Interior Solutions Construction is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ground Up Project Manager with a background in commercial construction. This individual will lead end-to-end project execution, from digital takeoffs and cost estimating to subcontractor coordination and final walkthroughs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Perform digital takeoffs for scopes including metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling systems, paint, FRP, and door/hardware installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to develop cost estimates and project timelines.
- Prepare and submit detailed project proposals and budgets.
- Source and procure materials, tools, and subcontractors needed for job completion.
- Communicate daily with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Track and manage project costs, timelines, and change orders.
- Conduct final inspections and walkthroughs with clients.
- Analyze completed jobs to evaluate budgeting accuracy and drive future improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all codes, specifications, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in commercial ground-up project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and project sequencing.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and digital takeoff software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Weekends a possibility
Work Location:
- Alvarado, TX - In-person role at the main office, with occasional travel
