What We�re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least one month of related experience or training.
• Bilingual a plus
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk the property frequently, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally handle heavier loads.
• Environmental Awareness: Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions and around potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of buildings, grounds, and community amenities.
• Customer Service: Respond to resident and team requests promptly and professionally.
• Inventory and Equipment: Maintain proper care and inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Cleanliness: Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Light Maintenance Support: Assist with preparing vacant apartments and completing basic maintenance work orders.
