Maeva is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team in Lutz, FL. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property grounds.

Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns and trim edges
• Plant and maintain flower beds
• Remove weeds and debris from the grounds
• Prune trees and shrubs
• Water plants and grass as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment
• Assist with snow removal during winter months

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping equipment
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
