Housekeeper/Cleaner
Gorman & Company is looking for a part time (20 hours per week) Housekeeper/Cleaner who is committed to providing first class cleaning services as part of a collaborative team at several of our residential properties in Atlanta, GA. This position is one of the most important jobs for maintaining our community housing properties in a safe, attractive, and comfortable condition for our residents.

A day in the life of a Housekeeper/Cleaner:
- Clean all common areas (hallways, vacant apartments, office building).
- Clean grounds as needed.
- Assist in supplies inventory control and upkeep of all cleaning equipment.
- Work with our maintenance team to perform apartment turns (painting, cleaning, light bulbs).
What do I need to qualify to be a Housekeeper?
- Previous experience in a related field.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to read work orders / service requests.
- Good safety habits.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work 8:00 am - noon, Monday through Friday
