Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with one year related experience and/or training.
• The ability to walk the property frequently and regularly while being exposed to outside weather conditions.
• Must be able to work a carpet cleaning machine.
• The ability to climb stairs and ladders as business dictates.
• The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The employee is also occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; and risk of electric shock.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing vacant apartments for occupancy.
• Handling the daily upkeep of the office, clubhouse and common areas of the property.
• Overseeing the care, maintenance and inventory of all custodial supplies and equipment
• Cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
• Ensuring a timely and courteous response at all times.
• Ensuring operation within OSHA and EPA standards, as well as following all Fair Housing regulations.
