HR / Benefits Manager

Meuth Concrete is seeking a dedicated HR / Benefits Manager to join our team in Henderson, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs and supporting various human resources functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This position offers a competitive compensation of $28.00 per week, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve related issues.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefit vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations efforts.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and benefits documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with developing HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources or benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software is a plus.
• Experience with "Isolved" would be great but not required.
• Keep employee drivers records current.  Examples notify employee when licenses or medical card need renewal.
• Competent in excel, word and outlook.
