Working Foreman for small - medium HVAC Retrofit Projects:  $ 25-30 Hr  + Overtime + benefits

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Retrofit Working Foreman to join a stable, well-known, locally owned mechanical contractor with 15+ years in business and a strong reputation in the market.

This is not just a foreman title — this is a hands-on leadership role with real growth potential.

 Position Overview

As a Working Foreman, you will:

• Lead and oversee a crew on small to mid-sized commercial HVAC projects

• Remain hands-on in installation and retrofit work

• Manage retrofit and replacement projects ranging from $10,000 – $350,000+

• Occasionally support projects exceeding $500,000

• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards

• Maintain jobsite safety and team productivity

Our specialty is commercial HVAC retrofit, mechanical ductwork, and system upgrades, with occasional small new construction projects.

 Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years experience as a Commercial HVAC Journeyman or Lead

• Proven experience leading crews and managing field operations

• Strong background in:

  • Mechanical ductwork

  • Equipment replacement

  • System retrofits

  • Commercial HVAC installation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Solid work history with strong references

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
