HVAC Installer

We are currently hiring HVAC Installers to join our team. Located in beautiful Belgrade, Montana, outdoor adventures surround us. There’s no better place to live than Big Sky Country. Together, we build and play in Montana. 

This position will work with a variety of HVAC systems, both new construction and retrofit installations for residential and commercial clients. It requires well-rounded installation abilities including HVAC equipment, controls, ductwork, and other sheet metal components. We are willing to train someone who brings a motivated, positive attitude.

What We Are Looking For: 

• Experience installing HVAC systems for high-end custom residential and commercial clients
• Strong communication skills, flexible mindset, and a friendly attitude
• Detail-oriented and proficient in reading mechanical drawings
• Desire and drive to excel in a fast-paced and professional work environment
• Well organized with the ability to work independently under deadline
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
