Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform service and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Accurately diagnose issues and provide effective repair and replacement solutions.
- Read and follow wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure proper installation and repairs.
- Use a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve system issues.
- Make informed repair and replacement decisions to optimize system performance.
- Apply basic ductwork principles to ensure efficient airflow.
- Implement air balancing techniques for optimal system performance and comfort.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and personable demeanor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of HVAC service and repair experience required.
- NATE Certification is a plus.
- EPA Certification is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record.
- Must pass a background check, drug test, and license check.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in repair and replacement decisions based on diagnostics.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to clearly communicate issues, solutions, pricing, and scheduling with customers.
- Comfortable using an iPad for scheduling, daily notes, collecting payments, and customer updates.
- Understanding of basic ductwork and air balancing principles for efficient system performance.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekends, overtime, and evenings as needed)
